Dar Global Unveils $1.9 Billion Luxury Real Estate Developments

Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has announced a groundbreaking expansion with the launch of ten premium projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Spain.

With a combined value exceeding $1.9 billion, these developments reinforce Dar Global’s commitment to delivering world-class luxury properties while establishing a stronger foothold in international markets. The company has also revealed plans to enter the United States market in 2025.

Milestone Projects Across Multiple Regions

Saudi Arabia: Dar Global continues its collaboration with the Trump Organization on the Trump Jeddah Tower, a $530 million development featuring high-end apartments and an exclusive members-only club. Additionally, the Neptune by Mouawad project near Riyadh Expo 2030 offers 200 premium villas valued at $230 million.

UAE: The Astera on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is a $238 million project boasting interiors designed by Aston Martin. Its highlight is the Sky Villa, part of Dar Global’s exclusive "1 of 1" portfolio, priced at $11 million.

Spain: The Marea Interiors by Missoni is a $108 million gated community in Finca Cortesin, seamlessly blending Missoni’s design expertise with luxury living, catering to investors and homeowners alike.

Qatar: The Weekend 2 by Elie Saab on Qetifan Island North is a $75 million development combining residential spaces with state-of-the-art recreational facilities.

Oman: Dar Global’s ventures in Oman include The Great Escape 2, a $70 million residential complex in Aida, Muscat, and the $100 million Marriott Residences offering prime beachfront living. The Trump International Hotel & Trump Cliff Villas, spanning 3.5 million square meters, is valued at $495 million, while the Trump Golf Villas, perched 130 meters above the Muscat Riviera, are worth $40 million.

Expanding Horizons: Entry into the US Market

In a bold move, Dar Global plans to expand into the United States in 2025. This strategy aims to develop luxury residences catering to both US-based and international buyers, further cementing the company's position as a leader in global luxury real estate.
